Text to Speech and wider AI voice technology are changing how training courses, product tutorials, apps and customer service lines get their audio. The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025 states that “AI and big data top the list of fastest-growing skills”, and audio production is one of the places where that shift is already visible in day-to-day work.
