Precursor Ventures Internships 2027: Two Paid Remote Opportunities for Undergraduate and Graduate Students - Global South Opportunities

Precursor Ventures is inviting applications from undergraduate and graduate students for two 12-week paid internships beginning in January 2027, offering students the opportunity to gain practical exp

Although the internships are remote and open to undergraduate and graduate students, the published eligibility requirements specify that applicants must be enrolled at a United States college or university and must be currently authorised to work in the United States.

Precursor Ventures states that these positions are not eligible for employer-sponsored employment visas.

International students should therefore carefully assess their current US work authorisation before applying. Admission to a US university alone should not be assumed to satisfy the stated employment requirement.

Applicants for the University Ecosystem Intern position are asked to submit a short introduction, provide a link to something they have built, created, organised or grown, explain why they created it, identify campus communities they know and share one idea they would be excited to try at Precursor.

Applicants for the AI & Investment Operations Intern position should provide a short introduction and a link to something they have built or improved, such as a GitHub repository, dashboard, automation, written analysis or another example of their work.

They should explain the problem their work solved, what they would change if they did it again and why they are interested in both AI operations and startup evaluation.

Applicants who were referred by someone within Precursor’s network should also identify that person.
