Beyond the learning component, the fellowship offers selected participants an opportunity to translate their knowledge into practical community initiatives through the Community Projects programme.

Fellows selected for this component will receive guidance from the NCF team and a dedicated mentor who will provide ongoing support, constructive feedback and advice throughout project development and implementation.

Additionally, successful project participants will receive micro-grants ranging from USD 1,000 to USD 2,000 to strengthen existing initiatives, support organisational activities or establish new grassroots projects.

Proposed projects must demonstrate a clear connection to the fellowship’s Learning Journey and apply its insights to generate meaningful environmental and social impact.

Initiatives may address challenges at local, regional or global levels, provided they demonstrate relevance to the fellowship’s objectives and potential to contribute to positive systems change.

Community Projects are scheduled for implementation between April and August 2027, although the timeline may be adjusted according to project scope and local circumstances.
