The Company was established in November 2022 following the merger of Sigma Pensions Limited and First Guarantee Pensions Limited (FGPL). In October 2024, Access Pensions Limited subsequently merged with ARM Pension Managers (PFA) Limited, further strengthening its capabilities and expanding its presence in the pension industry.
