The Global Thinkers Forum (GTF) offers an international mentorship opportunity through its Telemachus and Athena programmes, connecting emerging leaders, young professionals and women with experienced

The programmes welcome applications from motivated individuals who demonstrate a commitment to personal development, leadership and positive social impact.

The eligibility requirements include:

Telemachus Programme

• Applicants must be between 18 and 29 years old.
• Candidates should demonstrate clear professional or personal development ambitions.
• Applicants should possess strong motivation, commitment and critical-thinking abilities.

Athena Programme

• Applicants must be women aged 22 and above.
• There is no upper age limit.
• Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to personal growth, professional development and leadership.

Additional Selection Considerations

Applicants with fluent English-language proficiency and a completed bachelor’s degree will be prioritised.

Individuals with at least five years of relevant professional experience may also receive consideration as an alternative to the academic qualification preference.

Candidates from different professional backgrounds and geographical regions are encouraged to demonstrate how mentorship could contribute to their future ambitions.
